BLACKROSE Industries Ltd. was established in 1990 as Asia Fab Limited, a textile manufacturing company.  Now, BLACKROSE consists of two main divisions – Chemicals and Textiles.  The Chemical Division is engaged in the import, distribution, and export of a wide range of fine and specialty chemicals and will soon enter the manufacturing field. 

We are part of a US$100 million, multi-faceted organisation, with a strong global network capable of meeting the needs of the Indian chemical industry.

The society we live in means a lot to us, and the least we can do is to take responsible care of the environment to improve the quality of life in the communities we operate in.  We also believe education is the key to growth and prosperity, and regularly donate to charities such as the Ramakrishna Mission Students’ Home.
